High Street TV were keen to modernise their existing commerce platform in order to take advantage of changing consumer behaviour and drive a higher number of conversions. We modernised their Magento Commerce site, providing additional features to answer to their key commercial objectives. By simplifying business processes and optimising front-end consumer services, High Street TV’s new website offers thousands of purchase opportunities.

Aberdeen needed to turn the established pattern of airport site user behaviour on its head to utilise user-insight and deliver on a single minded objective to drive revenue. KMP Digitata developed a personalised timeline to guide the user through their journey and offer contextually relevant content and promotions. The timeline was developed using lean UX principles and analysis of live user data and testing.
