A vibrant and fun 3-D realisation of one property developer’s dream of how Greenwich Peninsula in London’s docklands could look in coming years. It impressed the judges with its remarkable level of detail, created in software to look as if made simply from folded paper.

Knight Dragon is creating seven new and vibrant districts on London’s Greenwich Peninsula. Covering 150 acres in the dynamic east of the city, this is one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe. Uniform's role was to bring this exciting development to life digitally, in a way no other property developer had - breaking away from the traditional photo realistic CGI’s and marketing collateral that dominates the sector. It had to target the full spectrum of potential investors across the world. The final approach had to be interactive, accessible, whilst living up to the wider campaign - 'be original'.

After winning gold at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua garnered a lot of national attention, raising his public profile and setting up a highly anticipated professional career. With the spotlight firmly on him, Anthony needed a website that would effectively capitalise on the growing exposure potential now afforded to him.
