The judges said

" Everyone with a pile of stuff they keep meaning to donate to charity will be grateful for this excellent app which reduces the friction of giving, helps charities and reduces waste "

Entrant's description

Making donating goods as easy as donating cash, Gone for Good is the way to make your unwanted stuff disappear using your smartphone - and do some good at the same time.

Connect with local charities who will arrange to collect the goods from your home and resell them in charity shops to raise vital funds for causes like medical research, mental health support and hospice care. If no charities can take your item we’ll connect you to a recycling organisation that will dispose of it safely and responsibly, keeping goods in the economy and out of landfill.
