2017 Award

Silverchip with Bolster with A pioneering, application-based business

The judges said

This ambitious app promises to revolutionise fire surveying and prevention in the UK. It takes advantage of existing mobile technologies and functionality to create a truly innovative product that has seen strong growth in the last year and impressive ROI.

Entrant's description

Bolster Systems is a pioneering business, using a forward-thinking application to set a new industry standard, revolutionising fire surveying and prevention in the UK. They approached Silverchip to manage all technical aspects of their business, which is based around a technically-complicated application. The application was born out of their desire to take the headache out of what was a very timely and resource-heavy process. Bolster Systems has taken the industry by storm winning clients such as the NHS, who now specify their need for buildings to be Bolster approved in their tenders.
