Great example of a personalised experience leading to highly effective KPI’s and digital investments.

Entrant's description

Aberdeen needed to turn the established pattern of airport site user behaviour on its head to utilise user-insight and deliver on a single minded objective to drive revenue. KMP Digitata developed a personalised timeline to guide the user through their journey and offer contextually relevant content and promotions. The timeline was developed using lean UX principles and analysis of live user data and testing.

The judges said

The judges agreed this was a very memorable campaign. The ROI is astounding and terrific potential in how they are using technology - not just driving sales.

Entrant's description

2014 was an extremely successful year for make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury. We, Space 48, designed and built a stylish and fully responsive UK website to launch the company’s new makeup range followed swiftly by a USA website. Both websites quickly exceeded expectations and Charlotte Tilbury was keen to continue the success.

In early 2015 the company asked us to help accelerate its international expansion with the launch of three new websites.

We did just that, and by September 2015 all three sites had launched. Just six months on and already the project has exceeded all objectives and targets set!
